Vitality Certified Peptides Affiliate Program Terms
PROGRAM TERMS
1. Base commission is 10% of the product subtotal on referred orders, excluding shipping, tax, and discounts. Commission also applies to referred customers' repeat orders, including Restock autoship reorders.
2. Commission rate increases to 12% after $5,000 in lifetime referred sales and to 15% after $15,000 in lifetime referred sales.
3. Referrals are credited on a 30-day cookie window, refreshed on the most recent click.
4. Minimum payout is $50. Payouts are made monthly on a net-30 schedule. Commission on refunded or charged-back orders is reversed.
5. Enrollment requires approval. Applications are reviewed individually, typically within 24 to 48 hours.
CONTENT AND COMPLIANCE STANDARDS
Vitality Certified Peptides sells research-use-only (RUO) compounds. By applying, you agree to all of the following:
6. No description of any product in terms of what it does for a person who uses it, including personal testimonials ("this worked for me," "I felt X after using this") or any first- or second-person account of human use, benefit, or effect.
7. No dosing information intended for human or animal administration, provided or linked to.
8. No representation of any product as a drug, supplement, cosmetic, or treatment for any condition.
9. Products may be described, if at all, only in terms of what has been studied or researched in published scientific literature, consistent with the language used on the Vitality Certified Peptides website.
10. No purchased or rented email lists, and full compliance with CAN-SPAM and applicable state marketing law in any email promotion.
11. Referral content is subject to review. Violations may result in forfeiture of unpaid commission and removal from the program.
TRAFFIC AND COOKIE INTEGRITY
12. No cookie stuffing or forced cookie drops. Referral cookies may be set only when a visitor knowingly and directly clicks your affiliate link, never via hidden iframes, pop-unders, auto-redirects, pre-checked boxes, browser extensions, or adware.
13. No incentivized or misleading clicks. Do not pay, reward, or otherwise induce anyone to click a referral link, and do not mislead a visitor about what clicking will do.
14. No bot or click-farm traffic of any kind.
15. No bidding on "Vitality Certified Peptides," "VCP," or confusingly similar terms or misspellings in paid search without prior written approval.
16. Traffic sources must be disclosed at application, and material changes reported afterward.
17. Referrals must come from an audience, platform, or channel you actually operate, not traffic purchased or aggregated from unrelated third parties, and not traffic redirected from other affiliates' links.
18. Vitality Certified Peptides may audit referral traffic and order patterns at any time. Commission tied to a violation is reversed, and repeated or intentional violations result in immediate termination without payout of pending commission.
